I completed Bedroom Nightmare prior to ESC-IT’s move to a larger location across from Markville Mall. I recently went back to play Cryptic Cellar and got confirmation that the room has not changed since the move, thus this review remains valid. 45-minute escapes tend to be small, one room escapes and Bedroom Nightmare is no different. Upon entering, you get exactly what you expect. The room is set up like a typical bedroom, nothing really wows you but the room is put together well. I highly commend this room for its puzzle novelty, as I have not come across a room that uses the same ideas. The puzzles were purely logical and definitely all solvable with an appropriate level of difficulty. Overall, I would recommend this room as an above average escape. It’s nothing flashy, but it works well.
