To be honest, from the picture on ESC-IT’s website, I was expecting this room to be designed better than the previous two rooms I had done here (Bedroom Nightmare and Storage of Secrets). However, this was not the case. Walking into this room was a let down as the walls were very plain and the only resemblance of a wine cellar are a few bottles in a rack, which you are told upon entering are not part of the escape. Like ESC-IT’s other rooms, this is a single room, 45-minute escape. Most of the items are immediately out of place for a wine cellar (TV, table, random box with black paper in it). Most puzzles were fairly basic, however there was one that peaked my interest for a brief moment. Overall I was not impressed with the room design, but the puzzles were half decent, making this room only slightly below average.
