Lost City Escape Reviews

Tell us about your experience with Lost City Escape.

Lost City is located in the North East end of London Ontario. It's in a plaza with lots of parking available for free. At the entrance of the facility you are greeted with a puzzle right off the bat, where you need to find the code to the building. It's a pretty simple puzzle but it gets your mind warmed up a bit before the game. They do have their phone number written there as well just in case you need a hint. Once you have the correct code, players will pass through a decorated room with black light and glow in the dark decorations before reaching the lobby. The lobby has a couch and a washroom, and that's about it. It is fine if you are the only group waiting, but when I was there it was packed and there was hardly anywhere to even stand. There are no lockers, but they do have bins and baskets to store your belongings behind the reception desk. The staff were very friendly but it seemed like there weren't enough of them to properly manage the large amount of customers, which is why the tiny waiting area was so crowded.
