A prison break theme is pretty much expected when going to a room escape facility due to how popular they are. For this one, your team is split in half during the 60-minute escape. One group, designated as the rescuers, must navigate around obstacles (I don't want to spoil what type of obstacles) to get to the handcuffed prisoners, who have to try and help the rescuers with their goal. While the visual effects of some of the obstacles were a nice touch, there were unfortunately no penalties for actually running into them. One could simply walk to the other side if they didn’t mind a mildly annoying alarm sound. The puzzles were fairly unique, but not very exciting or noteworthy. Our entire group felt as though the escape was far too easy, as the puzzles were all simple and short-lived. This room is advertised as a communication heavy room, but compared to other escapes, we felt that sharing information was not as important here. It was only really required for two minor solutions. The design of the room was decent, containing a prison cell, a hallway with the aforementioned obstacles, and what can only be assumed to be a guard’s area. Overall, this room was a quick (under 30 minutes) solve for us and it left us wanting more. While there were some interesting aspects, I would not recommend this room over some of the other prison escapes available.
