Escape Reviewer

Mystery Rooms Downsview’s second hardest escape, spanning 60 minutes and several rooms, is surprisingly fun. The Haunted Hospital is decorated with hospital equipment and furniture, with the quality of items ranging from adequate to somewhat cheap at times. There are a variety of transitions and comprehensive puzzles that span across several rooms. The puzzles are mostly unique and of appropriate difficulty. Unfortunately, there was one puzzle that fell into the abstract column requiring us to use a hint. We find it hard to believe that anyone would be able to come across that answer without the help of a hint, but we'd be happy to be proven wrong! It’s unfortunate that Mystery Rooms Downsview is right around the corner from Escape Games Canada, as they may be playing second fiddle in terms of popularity in the area. However, Haunted Hospital was far from terrible and much better than a lot of other escape rooms out there! Haunted Hospital was a fun solve and places itself in the top half of the rooms that we have reviewed thus far.
