NextRelic is tucked away in what feels like an industrial plaza near the Scarborough Town Centre. The signage from the road is not visible, and without the unit number it is easy to miss. Since they book time slots, there aren't a lot of walk-ins. As a result, if you arrive too early the door might be locked. Currently they don't offer any discounts although they do have a Groupon available. The staff at NextRelic are very friendly and took time to get to know us. They were patient to explain how their rooms worked and tailored the instructions to our group. However, we were a bit disappointed to not received any back story prior to entering the room. The waiting area feels welcoming enough with a nice couch and of course a bathroom. With it being only one room there are no lockers, however, you can bring your belongings with you into the room. After you finish the game (or run out of time) the staff gives you their hand-written signs and takes a group photo. Photos of previous people who have succeeded and those who have failed are displayed on the wall.
