Escape Reviewer

This section is based off of Real Escape Game’s permanent locations. Click here to read about their events that are held every so often throughout the city. Volume 2: Escape from the Time Travel Lab is one of Real Escape Game's two permanent locations in downtown Toronto. When we got there, our team waited patiently for a staff member to greet us (which ended up being a somewhat awkward 5 minutes). There's an in-store shop to browse through consisting of mostly Real Escape Game merchandise and what we can only assume is a variety of small, locally made products. Despite the short wait, the staff member that came to greet us was very friendly and ready to assist. Cue rules explanation and an introductory ice-breaker to get to know your future teammates in this 11-person maximum escape. This is one of those escapes where groups are booked together until the room is filled. A nice backstory is given prior to entering the room. After the escape, as per the norm, players get to immortalize their success/failure in the form of 1000 words, AKA a photo.
